Standard Cleaning

$30 – Per Room

Our Standard Clean service emphasizes routine weekly tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Moreover, these activities are specifically aimed at high-traffic areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. By doing so, we effectively eliminate dust, dander, mildew, and bacteria.

This service is available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Deep Cleaning

$50 – Per Room

Our Deep Clean service offers an extensive and meticulous cleaning process that surpasses regular cleaning routines. We focus specifically on areas often neglected, such as high-touch surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Typically performed periodically, this service can also be tailored to meet specific needs. While it takes more time, our deep cleaning ultimately promotes a healthier and cleaner environment by eliminating accumulated dirt, germs, and allergens.

Move-In/Move- Out Cleaning

Move-In $0.13 – Per Sq Ft
Move-Out $0.20 – Per Sq Ft

Our Move-In Cleaning Service guarantees a clean, safe, and sanitized space before you settle into your new home. To begin with, this service includes scrubbing all surfaces. Furthermore, we clean appliances inside and out.

Additionally, we wipe down walls, windowsills, and baseboards. We also shampoo rugs and mop floors. Occasionally, we polish surfaces and cabinets. In doing so, we ensure that all traces left by previous occupants are removed.

Meanwhile, our Move-Out Cleaning Service involves a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of a home, thereby preparing it for new residents. This service encompasses scrubbing all surfaces in every room.

Moreover, we clean appliances inside and out. We also wipe down walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Additionally, we shampoo rugs and mop floors. Occasionally, we polish surfaces and cabinets.

Booking Charges

A 75% deposit is required when booking all services.

After we arrive and discuss the services, we’ll send you a finalized invoice via email.

On the same day, once we finish the services, we’ll charge your card for the remaining balance after deducting the 75% deposit.

For future services, we’ll process the payment upon completion and email you an invoice.

We offer only the initial consultation as a complimentary service, if requested.

Please note, if you don’t complete the payment, a $25 charge will apply, and you’ll need to pay in full upfront for your next appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, they must notify Tidy Sisters at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. They can communicate this notice via email, SMS (text), or phone. If the Client fails to provide the required notice more than once, they will incur a charge of 50% for the first canceled cleaning and 100% of the fee for any subsequent cancellations. Additionally, canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or over seven (7) total scheduled cleanings without prior approval from Tidy Sisters will be considered a material breach. This may lead Tidy Sisters to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or pursue legal remedies.

If Tidy Sisters needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, they will notify the Client at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If this notice is not provided, the Client will receive one complimentary cleaning.
